Dangers of Acetaminophen Use in Children Cited

The Associated Press reported recently on the dangers of acetaminophen (such as Tylenol) use in children. The FDA reports that 33 children under the age of 13 have died after acetaminophen use between 1970 and 1991. Serious consequences resulting in permanent disability were reported in an additional 152 cases.
